These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
 
1.9 Cancellation Policy
Course date is transferable where 21 days notice is given
 
Refund of course fees may be permissible, though a percentage of the fees will be retained to cover administrative costs.

Conditions:
100% of fees retained where less than 3 days notice given
75% of fees retained where 1 week to 3 days notice given
25% of fees retained where 4 weeks to 1 week notice given
10% of fees retained where more than 4 weeks notice given.
